Studio Concept no.5
Imagined as an elevated Italian supper club in Indianapolis, Santoro draws inspiration from the character of old-world Italian dining and the understated glamour of classic supper clubs. Rich woods, oxblood leather, dramatic stone, aged brass, and low, layered lighting create an environment that feels established rather than newly designed.
From the intimate arrival vestibule and candlelit dining room to the cocktail bar, wine cellar, chef’s table, pasta room, and after-dinner lounge, each space was designed as part of a larger guest experience—one that unfolds gradually throughout the evening.
Santoro explores how thoughtful commercial interior design can turn a restaurant into more than a place to dine. It becomes a destination with its own identity, rituals, and sense of occasion.
